I discovered Viet Ventures through two friends who highly recommended their local travel agency in Vietnam, and I was not disappointed at all. At the end of my 14-day trip from North to South, I truly appreciated the caring and dedicated service from their team. 'Hassle-free' is the perfect way to describe our private tour, as they really went out of their way to ensure authentic travel experiences. In fact, my lost luggage was tracked down and delivered to my hotel while I kept moving, which was impressively efficient on your part, Phương.
We had three guides and three drivers assisting us in each area, and all were extremely helpful and diligent.
- In the North: Dung and the driver Thoai. Dung was discreet yet always present when we needed him, and Thoai, being a very experienced driver, was perfect for the mountainous, curvy roads in Mai Châu.
- In the Center: Trang and driver Đăng. Trang takes immense pride in her work, being swift and efficient. Thanks to her, we were able to have beautiful clothes made in Hôi An.
- In the South: My Tiên and the driver Sung. Her fluent English suited our group, which came from various parts of the world, where English was our main language of communication. Tiên worked hard to accommodate all our needs.
In summary, the team at Viet Ventures is amazing, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family, especially for their Vietnam photography tours that offer stunning visuals of the country's beauty.
