DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Welcome to the Vietnam Adventures Tour to explore the legendary mountainous area Ha Giang and Cao Bang. We will pick you up at the airport, then transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. You can come to Vietnam on any flight schedule on date 1. The hotel check in time is 14:00, you can book the extra early check in or leave your luggage at the hotel then visit around the city at your own arrangement.

Today we will have a welcome dinner. Our tour leader will introduce all members in our group and look forward to a great time traveling together.

DAY 2: HANOI / NINH BINH / HANOI

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to Ninh Binh to enjoy boat trip to explore the nature landscape of Ninh Binh. Then enjoy cycling around the village within the beautiful countryside.

Lunch at the local restaurant.

Back to Hanoi in the afternoon.

Late afternoon explore the train street. You can have free time for coffee and waiting for the train to come into the street. It should be a crowded area, small street and be careful when the train is coming.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI / HA GIANG

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today is the beginning of the adventure part of the tour. We will have time in the morning to prepare our stuff before going to the mountainous area for example warm clothes, cake or candy for children as a gift in the rural area.

Late morning transfer to Ha Giang with 6 hours of driving.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon arrive Ha Giang city.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Ha Giang.

DAY 4: HA GIANG / DONG VAN 

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to Dong Van with 4 hours of driving, and most of the interesting scenery is on the way from Ha Giang to Dong Van.

Photo stops at Bac Sum Slope, Quan Ba Heaven Gate, Tham Ma Slope.

Morning visit the Hmong village of weaving linen in Quan Ba.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon visit Lung Cam village with beautiful flowers surrounding the small village.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Dong Van.

DAY 5: DONG VAN

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning explore the people and cultures of LoLo people at Lo Lo Chai village.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon visit the Vuong Palace of Ha Giang.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Dong Van.

DAY 6: DONG VAN / BAO LAC

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to visit Ma Pi Leng Pass with the great view to Nho Que River with mountainous surroundings. Depending on our group fitness, it is great to have 4 km trekking in the Sky Path to admire nature's beauty and explore the Great White Cliff.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Continue transfer to Bao Lac with 3 hours of driving.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Bao Lac.

DAY 7: BAO LAC / CAO BANG

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to Cao Bang with 3.5 hours of driving. 

Conquer the Khau Coc Cha pass with 15 sharp turns on the way.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon transfer to visit the God’s Eyes Mountain. Enjoy 1.5 km walking to admire the great view of this place.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Cao Bang.

DAY 8: CAO BANG

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to visit the best waterfall of Vietnam, the Ban Gioc Waterfall.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon visit Nguom Ngao cave of Cao Bang.

On the way back to the city of Cao Bang, visit the village of Nung An people to explore the traditional craft village of making incense. Then visit the 1000 year Phuc Sen blacksmithing village, this village is considered the oldest craft village in Vietnam.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Cao Bang.

DAY 9: CAO BANG / HANOI

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning transfer to Hanoi with 6 hours of driving.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Late afternoon we will visit the Hoan Kiem lake and the Old quarters area, which is always bustling and a combination between old and modern in the old quarters.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 10: HANOI / DEPARTURES  

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free at leisure until time transfer to the airport for your next destination.
